Homeowners Association (Phases 1 & 2)

Who Are We?  We are the official homeowner's association of Phases I & II of Sherman Hills.  (Phase III was developed by LGI Homes Inc., a different builder, and is governed by a separate homeowner's association.)

​How are we governed? See the bylaws (right).  Our homeowners meet each January to discuss business and to elect a Board of Directors.  Our board members are unpaid volunteers & fellow homeowners, and who seek the good of the homeowners while seeking to ensure that the covenants and deed restrictions (right) are properly met.

Mission Statement:  Our mission is to provide quality support to our residents and to add value back to our subdivision.
